1. About MarketGo

MarketGo is a multi-service marketplace offering home and business services (including pet waste cleanup, bin cleaning, pallet collection, garage cleanup, and more) as well as physical products, delivered across South Africa.

2. User Responsibilities

• You must be 18 years or older to make bookings or purchases.
• You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
• You are responsible for ensuring access to your property for scheduled services.

3. Bookings & Orders

• All bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of payment or confirmation email.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings at our discretion, with a full refund issued.

4. Pricing

• All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.
• Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed bookings will honour the quoted price.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on MarketGo (logos, copy, images) is the property of MarketGo and may not be reproduced without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, MarketGo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our platform or services.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Disputes shall be resolved in South African courts.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
